Do we use genuine key blanks
We ONLY use Genuine Ultion key blanks, as an ultion approved key centre (2210001) to maintain our partnership with Ultion we would never use or supply aftermarket key blanks.
Do keyed alike locks come with keys?
Yes keyed alike locks come with 3 keys as standard wether you or 2 or 20 locks it will come with 3 keys, you can add as many addtional keys as you like, they will be at a discounted price.
What company do you use for delivery?
We use both DPD and Royal mail for delivery which gives us the best option for your order and to keep the costs down for you the customer.
What does ALPs mean?
On the latest 3* PLUS lock by Ultion they have called it ALPS, this stands for (always locks protection system) this means the lock will protect against six break-in methods: Picking, Bumping, Drilling, Snapping, Thermal manipulation and twist attacks. its the only lock to have passed the sold secure diamond 2024 certification and the updated TS007-1:2024 3* rating, meeting the latest PAS24:2022 +a1:2024 door standards.
Why wont my old keys work in my new locks i ordered from you?
Great question, as locks and standards evolve over the years to keep up with new break-in methods used by thieves, the lock manufacturer also needs to keep up. This requires constant development and change, therefore meaning there may be multiple differences in the same type of lock depending on the year it was made.
Sometimes those incremental changes can affect the key blank profile, this is exactly what happened with Ultion. Certain keycodes and there corresponding key blanks are not compatable with the newer version of the locks, but the newer key blanks are backwards compatable.
If you order new locks and your exisiting keycode is one of the affected we will send you new keys free of charge, please contact us if you think this might be an issue.
Will the keys i order from you affect the Ultion warranty?
No we only supply and cut onto genuine ultion key blanks that we order from the manufacture themselves.

Why do you advise sending keys to a different address?
This one might seem obvious to some people but not everyone pays attention. So when you order a key from us we are sending a cut key via courier, if you send it to the address it is intended for then you can see the security risk if it was to get lost for instance.
This is why we highly recommend sending it to a different location i.e a neighbour or family members address that way if anything did happen there is no need to panic.
